Customs & Duties

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
 

International Shipping & Delays

International shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections or documentation requests. If customs contact you, please respond promptly to avoid further delays.
 

Returns & Exchanges (International Orders)

If you wish to return or exchange an item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
For international returns, please include any customs duties or taxes when shipping your parcel back to us.
Customs duties paid on the original purchase are non-refundable. If you exchange an item, replacement products may be subject to new customs fees.
 

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over €100 within Portugal. For all other destinations, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and may vary depending on fuel surcharges or external factors.
