Return & Refund Policy
At NÓDOA DESIGN, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and the quality of our products. This Return and Refund Policy set out the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be requested and processed. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept the conditions described herein.
Conditions for Return
Return Period:
Customers may request the return of a product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order.
Product Condition:
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including all labels, instructions, and accessories.
Exceptions:
Customized or Personalized Items: Returns or exchanges of customized items will only be accepted if the product presents a manufacturing defect, damage, or an error attributable to NÓDOA DESIGN.
Gifts: In the case of items received as gifts, only exchanges will be accepted, provided that the purchaser’s gift receipt or order confirmation is presented.
Return Procedure
Initiation of Request:
To initiate a return, the customer must access the Customer Area via the link provided on our website, select the corresponding order, and submit a Return Request.
Upon approval, a return shipping label will be sent to the email address associated with the customer’s account.
Response Period:
All return requests will be reviewed, and a response will be issued within three (3) business days.
Return Costs:
The cost of the return shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer. The cost of the return label provided by NÓDOA DESIGN will be deducted from the refund amount. This amount varies according to the destination country and the size of the parcel and may not be predetermined.
Dispatch of Goods:
Once the return label has been received, the customer must dispatch the item within five (5) business days.

Refund Terms
Processing Time:
Refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) days following the inspection and validation of the returned item.
Refund Amount:
Only the price of the products returned shall be refunded. Shipping fees shall be reimbursed only when the reason for return is directly attributable to NÓDOA DESIGN (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Payment Method:
Refunds shall be made using the same payment method employed in the original transaction. Any request for an alternative refund method must be communicated and approved prior to refund execution.
Refund Delays:
In case of delays in refund processing, the customer is advised to verify with their financial institution before contacting NÓDOA DESIGN by mail.
Damage or Defective Items
Customers who receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item shall contact NÓDOA DESIGN immediately upon receipt of the product. The company shall assume full responsibility for the costs of return and replacement under such circumstances.
Additional Provisions
Restocking Fees:
NÓDOA DESIGN does not apply restocking fees under any circumstances.
Proof of Return Shipment:
Customers are strongly advised to retain proof of shipment until the return process has been fully completed.
Liability Disclaimer:
NÓDOA DESIGN may not be held liable for loss, delay, or non-receipt of returned goods that were sent without the official return label provided by the company.
