Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at NÓDOA DESIGN. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our return and refund policy is designed to be as fair and transparent as possible to ensure your experience with our Portuguese textiles is nothing but positive.
1. Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging. Please ensure the textile is free of any use or washing.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
3. Non-returnable Items
Personalized textile items or custom-made products created specifically for your order.
Items purchased during a 'Final Sale' or cleared stock event.
Gift cards or digital vouchers.
4. Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged upon receipt.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately at hello@nodoadesign.com for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund including shipping costs for verified manufacturing defects or transit damage.
